2. What Data We Collect
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. We process it based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) solely for sending the newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email.
AI Assistant
When you use the AI assistant, your questions are processed by an external AI model (Anthropic Claude). We do not store conversation content on our server. Chat history is saved only locally in your browser (localStorage) and you can delete it at any time with the "Clear conversation" button.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We only collect anonymous visit statistics.
3. Cookies
tatai.pl does not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage to remember preferences (dark/light mode) and AI assistant chat history.
4. Sub-processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, analytics (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Buttondown — newsletter service (USA, SCC)
- Anthropic — AI assistant query processing (USA, SCC)
